ECHO Appoints New Leadership
The ECHO Network (Everyone Can Help Out, Inc.) Network has appointed four new members to its board of directors. Joining as of January 1st are Adolfo Briceño of the City of Winston-Salem's Human Relations department, Robbie Chandler of DB Alex Brown, Alana James of the United Way of Forsyth County, and Daphne Holmes-Johnson, owner of Creative Endeavors and Events, LLC.
"We are elated to add this group of new members who bring a wealth of community assets," said Natasha Gore, executive director of ECHO. "Their expertise, along with our returning board members, will be key this year as we make important changes to our key programming and transition to our next stage," Gore said.
ECHO began as a program of the Winston-Salem Foundation and has evolved into an independent nonprofit working on social capital and trust in the greater Winston-Salem community. ECHO's flagship offering, the ECHO Council, is being revamped for a spring launch.
